Due to the paucity of legal landfills built in Taiwan, the hazardous industrial waste produced faces the expected difficulty to find nowhere to place it, and as a result of that, a lot of waste is dumped carelessly and has severely caused contamination of water and soil.

In view of this, L&A cooperated with the internationally renowned consulting company, Golder Associates, through integrated operations comprising preliminary planning, design, environmental impact assessment, planning for soil and water conservation, detail design, and supervision of construction to facilitate the establishment of the largest landfill in Taiwan for its client.
